Developer Man wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Developer Man:

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  
• Only items that have been purchased directly from our store.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

• Training Services
• Consultation Services
• Software Services
• Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)
• Support services
  
• Gift Cards (includes iTunes, Google, Online Game, Mobile Credit )
• Developer Man Software

How to Return an Item

To return an item to Developer Man website, sign in to your Order Listing page with your username and password.

After you sign in, you will see the items from your recent orders. Select an item to go to the order details page. From there, use the Start a Return link beside your item and then click on button. On the next page, confirm the items from your order that you’d like to return and select the Initiate Your Return button.

You can either schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately to your account in our website , and you can purchase anything by it. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method

Exchange an item

If you purchased your item from Devloper Man, you can send it to us for exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability. It's a good idea to check in-stock availability by calling the Developer Man, or by viewing the product on developer-man.com to see if the item is available for pick up locally.
